NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  SWEEPSTAKES OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF, AND WHO CURRENTLY RESIDE IN, THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND ARE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 14 AND 24 YEARS OF AGE AT TIME OF ENTRY. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.  STANDARD MESSAGING RATES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY FOR TEXT MESSAGES SENT AND RECEIVED AND WILL APPEAR ON YOUR MOBILE PHONE BILL OR BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR PREPAID PHONE BALANCE.  ENTRY MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE FROM ALL SERVICE AREAS OR HANDSETS.  WINNER AND HIS/HER GUEST MUST POSSESS VALID UNITED STATES TRAVEL DOCUMENTS.  If you are a considered to be a minor in the state in which you reside (“Minor”), you must have your parent or legal guardian’s (“Parent”) permission prior to participation and such Parent must accompany Winner in fulfillment of the prizing.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD/ENTRY DEADLINE: The I Wanna Be On Degrassi Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 7/3/09 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 8/17/09 (“Sweepstakes Period”).  

ELIGIBILITY:  To enter the Sweepstakes you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and be between the ages of 14 and 24 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Participant”).  Sweepstakes is void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited or restricted by law.  Employees of MTV Networks and any other sponsors  (collectively the “Sponsors”), National Sweepstakes Company (“NSC”) and all of their respective affiliated, parent, and subsidiary companies, and the advertising, production and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of their households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.  Eligibility will be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion.  Eligible minors must have their Parent’s permission to enter this Sweepstakes.  Sponsors, NSC and Released Parties shall be referred to herein as the “Sweepstakes Entities”.
